DIURNAL DYNAMICS OF DOC AND POC IN SHRIMP POND ECOSYSTEMS

  • 摘要: 对两个海水养虾池溶解有机碳(DOC) 及颗粒有机碳(POC) 的周日动态进行了研究。结果表明,DOC的浓度14 :00~18:00 下降,18 :00 ~22 :00 升高,之后又下降,周日波动幅度为3.22mgL(1 池) 及1 .24mgL(2 池) 。POC浓度白天(6:00 ~18 :00) 升高,夜间(18:00 ~次日6 :00) 下降,周日波动幅度为1 .28mgL(1 池) 及1 .26mgL(2 池) 。POC 浓度高的虾池,DOC 浓度也较高;DOCPOC白天(6:00 ~18 :00) 降低,夜间(18:00 ~次日6:00) 上升,两池分别在2 :00(1 池) 及6:00(2池) 达到高峰;DOCPOC比周日平均为1 .6∶1.0(1 池) 及1 .9∶1 .0(2 池) ;悬浮颗粒有机质CN 比在18 :00 最大,18 :00 到次日6 :00 呈下降趋势。 更多还原

     

    Abstract: Diurnal dynamics of DOC and POC in two shrimp ponds were studied. It was shown that: DOC concentration decreased from 14: 00 to 18: 00, increased from 18: 00 to 22: 00, then decreased again, and ranged from 3. 22 mgPL ( Pond 1) to 1. 24 mgPL ( Pond 2) ; while POC concentration increased gradually in daytime( 6: 00- 18: 00) and decreased gradually at night( 18: 00- next 6: 00) , and ranged from 1. 28 mgPL( Pond 1) to 1. 26 mgPL( Pond 2) . The pond with a high POC concentration was also with a high DOC concentration. The rates of DOCPPOC decreased gradually in daytime( 6: 00- 18: 00) , increased gradually at night( 18: 00- next 6: 00) , and peaked at 2: 00( Pond 1) and 6: 00( Pond 2) . The diurnal ratios of DOCPPOC averaged 1. 6P1. 0( Pond 1) and 1. 9P1. 0( Pond 2) . CPN ratios of suspending organic particulated matters were the biggest at 18: 00 and decreased gradually at night( 18: 00- next 6: 00) .
